Registration Fees

NOTE:

· Please select the corresponding registration type in the registration system. Furthermore, please complete the payment to guarantee your registration.

· A receipt for your registration fee can be downloaded at your personal registration page.

· The deadline for early bird registration is 23:59 on 15 June 2024 (GMT+8, Macao Local Time).

· Registration fee includes conference materials, tea break, buffet lunch and banquet during the conference. Late or On-site Registration will not include the banquet.

What is covered?

Early and Regular Registration

Participants who register early or during the regular registration period will have full access to all conference programs, refreshments, and social events.

Late Registration

Unfortunately, late registrants will not have access to the banquet.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all registrations are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.

The security of your personal data is ensured by the secretariat of the 2024 Joint Annual Conference of Physical Societies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area  and we shall take all physical, technical, and organizational measures needed to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

1. All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account' on all payments.
